SPINAL ADJUSTMENT
not needed
There are many ways
to avoid flatulence. Chronic flatulence or belching is the result of
fermentation in the small and large intestines. It can occur because you have
swallowed too much air; your fermentation process is out of balance (the result
of an excess of magnesium and a deficiency of sodium and calcium in your food);
you have eaten too fast; or you are ill.
REMEDIES
Take a cup of hot
water and add 1 teaspoon of cider. Sit down when you drink it and avoid
activities for a while.
Drink a cup of celery
juice.
Take the juice of
½ lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey and add hot water.
Be silent when eating
to avoid swallowing air. Chew food thoroughly.
Use asafoetida in
lentils when cooking.
Cook lentils without
salt until they are overcooked, glutinous and slimy. Salt can be added to spicy
lentil dishes afterwards; otherwise they will produce flatulence.
