Antibiotics

The body has an inbuilt intelligence which enables it to generate its own antibiotics in response to illness. The use of artificial antibiotics inhibits the body's ability to marshal its own defences. Consequently, the dosage of these antibiotics needs to be constantly increased to maintain their effectiveness, thereby destroying some of the intestinal flora.

It is important after using artificial antibiotics to restore the intestinal flora. Bifidus bacteria which are intestine-friendly are found in yoghurt. Bananas are also good for the intestines and nourish the bifidus bacteria.

FOR BREAKFAST

Mash together 2 overripe bananas with 125g bioyoghurt. Do not add other fruit, nuts or honey as this will destroy the vitality of the enzymes whose strength you are attempting to enhance. Continue this breakfast remedy for at least 1 month.
