BREAKFAST
Any fresh fruit such as
grapefruit, oranges, grapes and, occasionally, grated apples. A few nuts and
raisins or dates. If fruit disagrees with you at any time by producing acid,
bake the fruit. You might well find that you begin to suffer from excessive
bloating as a reaction to the fruit. In this instance either bake the fruit or
eliminate it from your diet.
LUNCH
Any salad in season -
such as lettuce, cress, grated carrot, beetroot, cucumber and raw marrow - with
toast, wholemeal biscuits, milled nuts, dried fruits, prunes, figs, dates,
raisins and honey. Occasionally slippery elm, honey, cream and sultanas may be
added. Check that there is no wheat in the ingredients that you
purchase.
EVENING
MEAL
Cooked vegetables
followed by baked fruit.
Eat all meals dry -- only drink between
meals. |
